Whenever I feel I've found a good short description of myself, I evolve (this sounds good while I find something more specific).

Fascinated by the mathematics and power of technology since I was a child, I became a computer scientist specialised in AI and robotics. I want to use my knowledge to improve everyone's quality of life.

My curiosity makes my imagination grow and helps me to get the most of my time. I love living new experiences, knowing different cultures, and hearing other people ideas. At work, it gives me the energy to tackle new problems and design innovative solutions. I consider myself as a lifelong learner.

Nature lover

Mountains, forests and rivers have been more than friends throughout my whole life. They give me peace, inspiration and motivation, and teach me to find the balance between development and sostenibility.

I have a BSc in Computer Science and a MSc in Computational Engineering and Intelligent Systems, both awarded by the University of the Basque Country in 2016 and 2017, respectively. I am a researcher in Tekniker technological centre since 2016, where I am doing the Ph.D. in robust navigation of autonomous robots using vision techniques. I have participated in several industrial and research projects, both national and international, and I am currently involved in projects that deal with collaborative robotics, autonomous navigation of mobile robots and computer vision. As a part of the thesis, I have collaborated with the Autonomous Intelligent Systems group of the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, Germany, as a guest researcher in 3D active mapping and exploration.

I have spent more than 5 years in a multidisciplinary research centre programming for very different objectives, mainly in C++ and Python. Thus, I consider myself an experienced computer research scientist with a strong background in mobile robotics, artificial intelligence and autonomous systems. I also have a great interest in exoskeletons and bionic prostheses, although I have not yet taken it up professionally.

Generally speaking, I am a responsible and proactive person with excellent team working skills, initiative, and a passion for tackling challenging projects.
