Fascinated by the mathematics and power of technology since I was a child, I became a computer scientist specialised in AI and robotics. I want to use my knowledge to improve everyone's quality of life.

I have a BSc in Computer Science and a MSc in Computational Engineering and Intelligent Systems, both awarded by the University of the Basque Country in 2016 and 2017, respectively. In 2023, I obtained the doctorate degree for my dissertation “Contributions to autonomous robust navigation of mobile robots in industrial applications”. As a part of the thesis, I have collaborated with the Autonomous Intelligent Systems group of the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, Germany, as a guest researcher in 3D active mapping and exploration. I have been a researcher in Tekniker technological centre since 2016, where I participate in industrial and research projects, both national and international. Currently, I am involved in projects that deal with autonomous mobile systems, computer vision and machine learning.

Skills

My years of experience in a multidisciplinary research centre have allowed me to apply my knowledge in a wide variety of environments, most of them around robotics, computer vision and machine learning.

In general, I like to focus my passion for innovation and technological advancements towards projects with the potential to reach the market in the short term, especially if they generate a positive impact on the society. To this end, I keep learning and acquiring new skills that allow me to contribute to tackling challenging challenges and solving problems effectively.
